KYLE NEWMAN

Kyle has represented injured New Yorkers in the State and Federal Courts of New York City, as well as the outer counties of New York State for over 15 years.

He is a third-generation plaintiff’s personal injury attorney and an accomplished trial lawyer specializing in catastrophic injury cases, medical malpractice, and, of course, motor vehicle and bicycle accidents.

As an avid cyclist, Kyle has always taken great pride in representing injured cyclists harmed by negligent drivers, defective roadway conditions, and even reckless acts by police and municipal entities. Over the course of his career, Kyle has tried over 100 jury trials and has proudly seen his clients achieve record-setting verdicts in over a dozen venues across New York State.

He grew up in the suburbs of Long Island and has lived in New York City for well over 20 years. Kyle has both personal and professional knowledge of the realities and dangers cyclists face on both local city and suburban roadways.
