April was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, and although Las Vegas is associated with images of glitziness, glamor, and hedonism, April is made of much more substantial material. She has a strong backbone and force of will, and she brings those qualities to her practice. Her upbringing wasn’t easy, but she never let that define her. It only made her persevere and place a great deal of value on strong personal relationships. To April, each client becomes her closest family member, and this drives her loyalty and dedication to each one. She will listen to, empathize with, and, if needed, fight for you like you were a family member. 

Her grandfather was her greatest mentor. He was a U.S. Navy WWII veteran, and as a member of that “Greatest Generation” he taught April how to be strong and carry herself with dignity, but also have an open heart and mind and treat people how she would want to be treated. He encouraged her to never stop learning, to strive to maintain a strong work ethic, but never compromise integrity and honesty. These are the qualities April brings to her practice.

Direct communication and a personal touch are at the heart of April’s practice. For April, being able to connect with you as a client on a human level, to understand your unique story and who you are as a person is the best way that she knows to enable her to be your best advocate. Litigation is often associated with a great deal of turmoil in a person’s life, and April will use empathy and understanding to help navigate those chapters successfully. 

With passion, energy, and creativity, April will pursue your case - from the initial consultation to its conclusion. Your case gets her full commitment, and in the process, you will always receive clear and honest advice, promises delivered, and a tireless advocate from start to finish. In cases big or small, she will strive for the best outcome for her client. 

April has successfully won and resolved legal cases against some of the largest corporations and has a successful track record litigating against some of the most high powered and well-funded legal teams. She has never been afraid to stand up to large corporate bullies - and win.
